As we move toward America 250, I’ve been thinking a lot about what really built this country—and what still holds true in business today.

At the core of it all is something pretty simple: relationships and trust.

At Momentum Advertising, we’re grateful for the referrals we receive. Not just because they help the business grow, but because they mean someone trusted us enough to put their name behind us. That doesn’t happen by accident—it’s earned over time.

Even though technology has changed a lot, I believe the core of successful business hasn’t really changed. The strongest companies I work with are still built on relationships—real conversations, follow-through, and most importantly, doing what they say.

As we get closer to celebrating America 250, I am reminded that this country was built on connection and community. People helping people. Opportunities created through trust. Freedom that allows us to build something better—not just for ourselves, but for others too.

At the end of the day, I don’t take referrals lightly. They represent trust, and that’s something you have to earn over time.  I’m so thankful for every client, partner, and connection that continues to believe in what we’re building at Momentum.

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
Relationships always come first. Everything else follows.
